Welcome to Haira AI ("the App"), developed by Ayyub Najafzade. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Haira AI is an AI-powered hairstyle transformation application that allows you to visualize different hairstyles on your photo. The App offers both a free tier with limited daily transformations and premium subscriptions (Haira Pro) with expanded usage limits.
Haira Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free users are limited to 1 transformation per day. This limit resets daily. To access more transformations, you may subscribe to Haira Pro.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The hairstyle transformations are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate or realistic. The App is intended for entertainment and visualization purposes.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Ayyub Najafzade and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App uses Google's Generative AI API (Gemini) to provide hairstyle transformations. Your use of the transformation feature is also subject to Google's terms of service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated transformations.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Transformations are generated by AI and may not be perfectly accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ayyub Najafzade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
